Return Policy - Impala Print Shop

We do not accept returns of customized products, unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Returns & Terms & Conditions

We offer a 30-day return policy for unprinted products. The item must be unused, in original packaging and with all labels remaining. Receipt or purchase document is required for approval.

To request a return, please contact us at info@impalaprintshop.se. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on the return address after your request is approved. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Incorrect deliveries

Check your delivery immediately. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us directly and we will resolve the issue.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept the following:

  • Custom orders or printed garments
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item? Return the product as described above and place a new order.


Withdrawal period in the EU

Under EU distance contract rules, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for unprinted products, with the same conditions as above.


Refunds

After an approved return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 working days. If you have not received your refund within 15 working days of approval, please contact us.
