Delivery policy for Impala Print Shop

1. delivery options

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard delivery: 2-7 working days.
Express delivery: 1-3 working days (depending on product and delivery address).

Delivery times apply after your order has been processed and shipped. Customized products may have longer delivery times depending on printing method and production capacity.

2. shipping costs

The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, size and delivery address of the order. For larger orders or special deliveries, the shipping cost may be adjusted by agreement.

3. Order processing

We process orders during our opening hours:

Monday-Friday: 11.00-18.00
Saturday: 11.00-16.00

Orders placed after these hours or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking information if applicable.

5. Unclaimed parcels

If a package is not picked up within the shipping company's specified time frame and returned to us, the customer will be charged for return shipping and any new shipping cost.

6. damage on delivery

Always check your package upon delivery. If the package is damaged, you should document this and contact us immediately at info@impalaprintshop.se. Damage to products caused by the shipping company will only be compensated if the damage is reported immediately upon receipt.

7. delivery delays

We strive to deliver all orders within the specified time frames. In case of unforeseen delays (e.g. due to production problems, peak season or transportation disruptions), we will contact you as soon as possible with updated information.

8. international deliveries
