These terms and conditions apply between you as a user and Impala Print Shop. By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental permission to place orders.

2. ordering & payment

  • All prices are quoted in SEK including VAT.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
  • When you place an order, you agree to our payment and shipping terms.

3. products & services

  • Images on the website are for illustration purposes only. We reserve the right for possible color differences.
  • We offer printing products with specific customization options. The responsibility for the correct submitted design lies with the customer.

4. delivery & returns

  • Delivery times vary depending on the product and printing method.
  • Customized products are refundable only in case of production defects or damage upon delivery.
  • For non-customized products, 30 days return policy applies in unused condition with original packaging.

5 Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website in a lawful manner. You may not:

  • Upload viruses, malware or spam.
  • Use our website for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
